FAQs

  • Here’s our short answer: We recommend a minimum of 3 moderate intensity classes per week or 2 high intensity classes per week to meet evidence-based wellness recommendations. Of course, take into account any exercise you’re doing outside of the studio. Walking, running, chasing kids, etc.

    Here’s our longer answer:

    If you’d rather be on a reformer right now, our three times per week Gold plan is the one for you! Coming three times a week means you’ll get stronger faster and build the mind-body connections that you need to progress to more intermediate and advanced exercises quickly. If you tend to get bored and novelty keeps you going, we highly recommend coming more frequently so that you can learn all that Pilates offers.

    Our twice per week Rose plans are great plans to help with mobility, overall strength, and deepening your mind-body connection. If this is your main form of movement, twice a week is the minimum we’d like to see you in the studio.

    Once per week Sage plans are great for weekend warriors, busy folks on a budget, or if you’re looking to add some active recovery to your athletic routine. We do recommend incorporating other forms of exercise into your weekly routine if you’re only seeing us once a week.

  • We offer flexible membership terms to fit your life/travel schedule (our studio owner and fearless leader, Lindsey, is passionate about travel and thinks we all need more vacation!). While our 3-month memberships don’t come with a pause, our Yearlong memberships come with the ability to pause for up to 30 days each membership term. The courtesy pause period combined with the cost savings of our yearlong plans, means that so long as you’re in town more than 9 months out of the year, you’re getting the best per-class rate we offer! If you move or experience a major medical event, we’ll pause or stop your membership, no questions asked. 

  • We offer plenty of classes to work around your schedule whether you’re an early bird, love a midday sweat session, or want to swing by after work. And we’ve also got plenty of options for our weekend warriors! You can find all our class times and types on our schedule page.

  • Our amazing team of instructors are highly qualified and passionate about sharing the practice of Pilates. Most of our instructors have over 1000 hours of experience teaching, and all of our instructors complete an additional 25 hour certification in the Pilates for the People method. Our method ensures classes are delivered from a trauma-informed lens while staying fun and up-to-date on the latest in movement science. We know that the best students make the best teachers, and we’re always learning so that we can honor the Pilates method. We are so, so passionate about the way that Pilates makes the world a better place, and we’re excited to share everything we know with you!
